Handmade in Britain at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2018

I am delighted to be taking part in Handmade in Britain  as part of the 2018 Edinburgh Festival Fringe . You will find me on Stand C3 inside the Handmade in Edinburgh Marquee alongside 70 other British and International makers and designers and all within the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh.

Handmade Edinburgh, Edinburgh Festival Fringe

I will be showing some new work including lovely soft unisex open weave gauzy wool (with cashmere) scarves and also a new size of mini silk scarf which doubles up as a pocket square - a pocket scarf as I like to call it.

The Botanic Gardens are a superb place to meander (or donder as we say in Scotland) and as well as Handmade in Edinburgh, you may also want to pop into Inverleith House to see the fabulous Lost Words Exhibition, the collaborative project between writer Robert Macfarlane and artist Jackie Morris. There is also a cafe in the gardens and a fabulous view of Edinburgh's skyline and the Castle.

A relaxing trip to the leafy Botanics might be just what is needed to keep you going if you are in town immersed full throttle in Edinburgh Festival shows.

Hope to see you there!
